We deliver worldwide with DHL. Products can be bought in Nigerian Naira or United States Dollars, simply pick the applicable option.
Can I return my order?
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened products. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at info@wurassecrethair.com
What is the shelf life of your products?
Shelf life varies on our products but they are best used within 12 to 18 months after they have been opened.
Are your products for natural hair only?
Wura’s Secret promotes healthy hair growth for all hair types and needs, including, relaxed, texlaxed, natural, transitioning, loced, color treated, permed, natural straight, etc.
What ingredients do you use in your products?
Our products are formulated with pure, natural ingredients.
How long until I see results from using your products?
We always advise 3 months of consistent use for visible improvements. It may however take more or less depending on the circumstances.
How big are the bottles?
All the bottles are 250ml approximately except our Herb Butter Deep Conditioner which is 368g (13 fl. oz.)
My child has bald patches and spots do I need to cut off all the hair before using your products?
We typically do not advise you cut the hair, except you prefer to.
How old should my baby be to use your products?
Our baby line can be used on babies from 2 weeks and older.
