Hey everyone, its been ages; forgive the hiatus and it is indeed lovely to be back after such a long while. Hope you all had a fabulous Easter.
This is the first in a series of product reviews I will be doing. Although I make my own Wura’s Secret Hair Products I also use other products for my hair as well. One of my absolute favourite conditioners is the Olive Oil Replenishing Conditioner by Organic Root Stimulator. It is described on the bottle as a Deep Penetrating Conditioner which helps restore moisture and rebuilds damaged hair.
The directions on the bottle states as follows: After shampooing, apply a generous amount to the hair and comb through for thorough distribution. Place a plastic cap over the hair and sit under a warm dryer for 10-15 minutes or leave on the hair for 45 minutes to 1 hour without heat. Rinse thoroughly.
It contains beneficial ingredients such as water, soya bean oil, glycerine, olive oil, hydrolized collagen, panthenol, silk amino acids, aloe vera fruit juice and a whole lot of other good ingredients.
Pros
Adds a lot of moisture to the hair making it soft and supple.
It has a citrusy smell.
It is an excellent detangler and provides a good amount of slip to the hair.
It can act as a balancing conditioner as it is a moisturising conditioner which also contains protein, so you get the best of both worlds.
It can help reduce hair breakage.
It is affordable.
Cons
Slightly runny consistency.
Contains a silicone.
Rating 4.5/5 (Very good) I definitely recommend this product.

Funny enuf, this is the conditioner I am currently using. I love the scent. I have never used a conditioner twice, as I have not been loyal to conditioners. I don't think I like the way it makes my hair feel afterwards sha.
Can't wait till I start making African Naturaliatas conditioner, not just deep conditioning treatment

The ORS replenishing conditioner is one of my stables. It's worth its money. I love the slip and the fact that it gets easily absorbed into the hair strands quickly.

Most times, my hair does feel this product, but can' t say so for a few other times… However, I also love the fact that it is easily available and the price is good!

I used to love this product, its my staple deep conditioner, but since I started texlaxing, hmmm, this product does nothing for my texlaxed hair o, talkless of my new growth. It doesn't make it more manageable @ all. I'm yet to get a conditioner that my texlaxed hair would like.

So sorry this reply is coming super late dear. This conditioner is a deep conditioner and I would not really recommend this as a co wash conditioner it is better to stick to rinse off conditioners for this. Kindly check out my post on co washing, if you need more info.

Thanks for your comment dear, hope you find one soon. I will try to do a product review on another conditioner that you can try out, xx
